Symptoms will vary and can include pain, swelling, localized warmth and redness, decreased range of motion, leg numbness and tingling, and joint stiffness. Even if a minor injury "goes away" on its own, the underlying factors which contributed to the injury may remain, thus placing you at risk for re-injury.
